At AI Search Masters, we allocate significant resources to each project immediately upon initiation. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are governed by the following conditions.
Before project kickoff: Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not yet commenced.
After project kickoff: Once the audit or campaign setup begins, refunds are not available due to allocated time, research, and data processing resources.
Monthly contracts: May be canceled with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
If a client chooses to discontinue a project mid-way, any completed portions will be delivered, but no refund will be issued for remaining phases.
AI Search Masters reserves the right to terminate a project due to client non-cooperation, payment failure, or violation of Terms. In such cases, any refund eligibility will be determined at the Company’s discretion.
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method (e.g., Stripe).
